Two areas at Walkerpack's facility on the Brackmills Industrial Estate are available for rent, either singly or together.
Office Space
Around 1000 sq ft of short-term, flexible, secure clean offices with ample car parking spaces are available.
“The space is currently not being used and would suit a small business looking for offices or a showroom with storage space attached if required” said Walkerpack's Business Development Manager, Chris Farnsworth.
The office space is part of a large, secure warehouse building currently used by Walkerpack for Long Term storage and the company's removals department and is therefore regularly used and generally busy.
Warehouse Space
Available separately or together with the office space is 5,000 sq ft of secure storage space maintained to standards designed for our large blue chip customers.
Opportunities exist for Walkerpack to actively manage this storage for a customer if required, including the provision of stock control systems accessible from the Internet.
