Water Vapour Resistant (WVR) Covers
Technicover custom design and manufacture WVR covers to provide a hermetically sealed environment to protect your product, they are watertight and airtight. We manufacture bags for sophisticated vulnerable pieces of equipment such as aero engines and specialised electronics. Our bags are totally reusable and can incorporate tamper evident indicators when used during transit. Our bags provide protection from ingress of moisture, dust, sand and salt laden air.
Drop Over Covers
Technicover design and manufacture tailored PVC covers that can be used to protect water sensitive products during transit. These covers also provide a professional appearance to your product and can be branded or even advertise your services on route.
Reusable Transit Bags
Technicover reusable bags can be designed and manufactured to include additional materials such as cushioning or strengthening materials transforming a bag into an airtight reusable box of any shape or size. Our bags are often used in conjunction with a secondary physical protecting case made from GRP, metal or wood and can be designed to any shape or size.
Pack Design
Walkerpack design packs and products specifically to suit your needs be they protection, transit, storage or simply the most cost effective presentation. Our experienced designers use CAD with 2D and 3D capabilities to enhance this process and are up to date with latest industry principles including environmental best practise. Our designers can visit your site to establish your requirements and subsequently arrange for trial fits to ensure your complete satisfaction prior to our main production runs. We provide packing consultancy which ranges from advice on specific materials through information on packing efficiency controls to establishing completely new packing operations.
Leisure Products
Technicover produce a range of crash mats and pads mainly for leisure applications. They range from simple post pads to full stadium crash pads and can be tailored to meet your needs. All products can be branded, used to advertise or provide instructions and warnings. We have a range of Velcro fastenings, buckles and straps that can be used for modular applications or for pads that need to be attached, removed and stored.
Landing Mats
Technicover design and manufacture technical landing mats to sports industry safety standards for both pole vault and high jump applications and to all industry standard sizes.
